The white damage cap of Max HP multiplied by 1.5 changed to equal the caster's Max SP multiplied by 1.2
When the caster's Max SP is larger than the target's SP, it'll also place a special Supreme Power effect on the target for 5 (lvl) sec. The first instance of damage equals 2%, 3%, 4% of the caster's Max SP depending on type and the following hits will deal double the damage of the previous hit. For every second the target moves while under this effect, the duration will extend by 1 sec
