Hello, i would like to ask how to complete the South Border plot quest named ´Kao tribe in danger - Deep in Thought´ theres wroten

Use Wave:
Southern Border Kao Tribe Chieftain Dhalor (153,428)

But when i talk with him theres no interaction to continue.
Someone can give me advice? Thanks

I solved it, you have to select the NPC, press E then push "wave" at actions... Its all LOL...
