General Discussion / Hello! new player here, just wanna ask whats an Inductor ID? and how to get one.

I saw that "Inductor ID" thing on the bottom and i thought it was important so i decided to post a topic here before creating a character in game and hoping someone might tell me about it, right now im just watching some tips/guides on YouTube on this game that way i wouldn't be completely blind when i start playing. so whats an Inductor ID and how to get one?
