Can they be upgraded? Say i have 3 bronze sigil from winnin the lotto can i exchange them for the better one?

The Bronze Sigils from the Green Jade Lottery cannot be traded if those are the ones you mean.

Yes those but i dont mean exchange to a diffrant player.. I mean to turn them into a better one (whom is still bound to me) cuz i have like 100 bronze from lotto but its crap i dont need that many..
