Your system has a problem, it automatically banned my 3rd account, your system detected a 4th account even though I only created 3 accounts no more.
My 3rd account was disconnected, then I reconnect normally, I receive the message you are connected.
I reconnect with Force Log
I receive the ban message. I see that the name of the so-called 4th account is identical to the name of the 3rd account. Your system has created a 4th ghost account. The 3rd account I created with the Referral System of the first account, I read that there is a problem with the Referral System.
How do I contact customer service, I don't have the link to contact them?

Last post by surooo - April 24, 2024, 04:37:53 pmDear GM, please help. I was doing Shaw Danon biography quest part 2, and I got stuck at a point. Now the quest cannot be trashed, not even if I re-log. Please help by removing it from my questlog. Then I can try doing the quest from the beginning.

As I had a bug with the Lineage quest (yellow quest from the Sylia faction), I had to delete the 3 Plain Emerald Ring objects. GM, can you return or re-enable the quests for Plain Emerald Ring?
