Technical Issues / Ceros "Swallowing the Sea II" skill not working

"Swallowing the Sea" give 20sec increase damage
Tome give more 10sec
and "Swallowing the Sea II" give more 10sec too
But actually it only 32sec (i think it should be 40sec)
And 30% damage from "Swallowing the Sea II" not working also
