• At level 30 you will get your 1st "Online bonus" pack which has 6 lovely Celestial Decree using this Item you can exchange them for Celestial Coupon at the Jade Exchange Girl in Sunstream [215, 95] location, and then use this crazy Celestial Coupon's to buy First of the Six Subtleties lottos and use these, along with Tanis Ka Charms from the GJ market, for 6x chances to get 3 Magical Arcane coins
