Bilus is releasing Lotus Vow lamps in sunstream, Find 6 Lotus Vow Lamps and light them.
(All lamps are floating in the air so you will need a skyblade)

Above Stashkeeper (403, 292)

2nd Lamp
Close to Tree of Wealth (336, 460)

3rd lamp
Above Tanis Ka (433, 414)

4th Lamp
Between Alliance and Sovereign (507, 338)

5th Lamp
Behinde all the instance NPCs in the tree (462, 306)

6th Lamp
Other side of the bridge from Eldest Matchmaker (551, 450)

Head back to Bilu and turn in the quest for some great rewards!
