Dear GM, please help. I was doing Shaw Danon biography quest part 2, and I got stuck at a point. Now the quest cannot be trashed, not even if I re-log. Please help by removing it from my questlog. Then I can try doing the quest from the beginning.

I seem to be missing a quest item called Phantom Tears. I think this quest item disappeared when I relogged into my account. Please help.

Found the item "Phantom Tears" in the webshop, under PACKS.
