General Skills:

Raja (Bliss effect) ~
Every sec when being attacked by a single target, effect can use up to 2x the immunity amount
Every sec when being attacked by a group of targets, effect can use up to 4x the immunity amount
Bliss effect icon will now show the number of hits remaining to everyone
While under Invincibility and Bliss, any hits received will not count towards the bliss effect
Skills that ignore raja effects will no longer count towards its hit limit
The invincibility effect given from certain skills will trigger before the bliss effect
Effect can now replace an existing Bliss effect

Optimize the "Blessed" effect attached to some skills, adjust it to coexist with the "Blessed" effect of other skills, and give priority to consuming "Blessed" immunity times with a short duration.
Note: When the short-term "Blessed" immunity is used up, the remaining number of attacks received in the same second will consume the longer-time "Blessed" immunity.
(When attacked by a single target, it consumes up to 2 times per second;
when attacked by multiple targets, it consumes up to 4 times per second.)
Affected Skills:
① "Blessed" triggered by the "Oath Adhere" effect of Immeasurable Truth, Immeasurable Truth <Arcane><Bane><Zen>
② Thunderblade
③ "Blessed" triggered by the "Ghost" effect of Nimble Spirit
④ Jadesun Inferno

⑥ Creek Turtle II
⑦ Battle Ready

Reflection ~
Skills with a set amount of reflections will show the remaining total of hits left on its icon to everyone
While under Invincibility, any hits received will not count towards the reflection effect

Rebound and Deflect ~
Rebound: If both the caster and target have a reflection effect active while attacking each other, neither side will have damage reflected back to them; ultimate sense, reflect (MiM), and Misfortune
Deflect: When a player with the above mentioned reflection effects attack a player with the Deflect effect, the player with the Deflect effect will receive damage normally and the player with the aforementioned reflection effect will not receive reflected damage

Summons ~
Mage's Dragon, Psychea's Puppets, Modo's Spirits, Arden's Animals, Ashura's Soaring Snake, and Rayan's Shadows base speed raised to 11 yards / sec
Fixed the issue where summons were able to attack invisible players no matter what.
Now summons can only continue to attack players that enter invisibility if the target's Stealth ability is lower than the summon's

Invisibility ~
Stealth no longer counts characters level. Now Stealth and Detection base strength is 100 points

Drunk ~
Effect can now replace an existing Drunk effect

Vigor Cost ~
The vigor cost to chroma skills with 0 ~ 10 sec CDs will be 1/3 the original value and those with 11 ~ 20 sec CDs will cost 2/3 the original value
Skills that reset their CD are counted as 0 sec

Critshield Reduction ~
Replace logic changed: This effect can be renewed with another if the duration and amount reduced are not less than the current effect

Defense Reduction ~
Replace logic changed: This effect can be renewed with another if the duration and amount reduced are not less than the current effect

Into the Nine Heavens ~
Cast time reduced to 1 sec

Battle Ready ~
Raised the chance to get a at least one buff and lowered to get more than 2
Duration raised to 18 sec
Skill Damage Increase lowered from 33% to 20%
Critshield and Cribonus increase effects lowered from 150% to 75%
Critnull increase effect lowered from 20% to 15%

Conqueror's Might ~
Added effect: when skill reaches rank 10, increases the combo limit to Dragon Roar by 3 after using this skill

Celestial Decay ~
Feeble effect duration reduced to 5 sec.
If caster's Weaken RES is higher than the target's, the duration will extend by 3 sec
Raised the amount of Max HP added to the one time damage effect from 25% to 38%

Dragon Roar (All) ~
Optimized the distance skills will go into effect
Zen: At rank 20, each Adverse Scale will attach 20% of DEF to damage instead of 30%

Rigid Winter (All) ~
Skill will no longer calculate the caster and target's Defense to invalidate their chest gear piece, it will now calculate both side's Max Attack Power

Rigid Winter (Star Skill) ~
The number of buffs removed on the first hit reduced to 3, 4 (moon, sun)

Frost Reservoir 3 (All) ~
CD raised to 100 sec
Duration to the Frost Reservoir effect raised to 30 sec
The amount of additional damage withstood was increased to 200% (25*(lvl+5))
Hero: The Special Effect was changed to additionally withstand damage by another 40% of HP & SP (10*(lvl+1))
Ocean: The Special Effect will reduce CD by 25 sec

Frost Reservoir (Chroma) ~
CD raised to 120 sec
Duration to the Frost Reservoir effect raised to 30 sec (10+lvl)
The amount of additional damage withstood was increased to 150% (70+4*20)
Firmus Arcane Charge will now increase the amount of withstood additional damage by 20->50%
The Arcane, Bane, and Zen effect durations were raised to 30 sec (10+lvl)

Savage Rivalry 2 ~
Removed the Defense Reduction effect.
Skill will now reduce the target's Attack Power by 20% of caster's Max AP for 20 sec

Roasting Armor ~
Removed the Defense Reduction effect from tome.
The Dragon Summon from Sky Cloud will additionally reduce the target's Attack Power by 10% (5*lvl) of the Dragon's Attack Power for 20 sec

Underworld Travel (All) ~
Optimized the skill's effect range and removed the increased damage to next hit effect

Startling Thunderbolt ~
Removed the Fast, Paralyze, and Slow effects from skill.
The Stun effect was moved to affecting the 1st hit instead of the 3rd

Startling Thunderbolt 2 ~
Changed skill effect: If the caster's Max AP is higher than the target's,
Startling Thunderbolt will place an Extraction effect on the target, requiring them to wait 2 sec to cast their next skill for 12 sec (2+lvl)

Winnow Step ~
Removed the immunity effects from skill

Ride the Wind ~
Removed the duration increase to the immunity effects to Winnow Step from tome

Fortunate Nature ~
Removed the debuff removal and the fast and freezing effects from skill
Reducing the target's speed changed to go into effect if the caster's Max AP is higher than the target's

Conjoined Suffering (All) ~
Changed to be able to cancel casting skills with ESC

Tiger Burst (All) ~
CD raised to 30 sec
The Extraction effect changed for target to wait 2 sec to cast next skill instead of 3 sec
The Extraction effect will go into effect if the caster's Max AP is higher than the target's
Arcane: The wait time for the Extraction effect was changed to 1 sec

Wind Flame ~
Tome effect changed:
While not under a Wind Wrath effect, Tiger Burst can remove 1 buff from the target and Tiger Burst (Chroma) can remove 2 buffs from the target.
While under Wind Wrath, Tiger Burst (All) will have a 75% (25*lvl) chance to remove 1 extra buff from the target

Killing Intent (All) ~
Reduced the chance to place an Extraction effect on the target from 10% to 5% and the Extraction effect's wait period was reduced from 3 sec to 2 sec
Arcane: The Extraction effect wait time extension was reduced to 1 sec

Sharp Air Shield 3 (All) ~
The amount of damage reduced has been lowered from 50% to 20% (5+5*lvl)

Overbearing Wind 2 ~
Removed the duration extension to Overbearing Wind from skill

Divine Manifestation and Trigram Unification ~
Divination effect from skills will immediately trigger when placed on mob targets
The Predestination effect cannot be reflected back to caster

Divine Manifestation ~
Players can now select to either increase, decrease, or not change the duration for triggering Divination effects (similar to Celan's notes)

Trigram Unification ~
Supreme Power's bleed limit changed to equal the caster's Max SP multiplied by 1.5
Players can now select to either increase, decrease, or not change the duration for triggering Divination effects

Typhoon ~
The amount of AP added to Divination effect's trigger damage when striking mobs was raised to 112.5% (37.5*lvl)

Divine Manifestation (Star Skill) ~
Added effect: Attaches 5% of Max SP (lvl) to Enmity's trigger damage
Bone Melt will now reduce the target's Max HP and Max SP equal to 40% (50 - 2*lvl) of their respective values

Divine Manifestation 2 ~
Raised the amount of damage from the Enmity effect from 15% of the difference between caster and target's Max SP to 25%
Made into a usable skill, the original passive effects remain:
1 sec Cast Time, 2450 SP Cost, CD 60 sec (90 - 3 * lvl)
Increases Max SP by 50% (5*lvl) for 24 sec.

Collaboration ~
Added effect: When the Possession buff ends, gain a Dreamland buff for 3 sec that reduces all damage received by 80%
Can now use the following skills in Possession: Unsquandered Clouds, Sacrificial Longevity, Sly Step, Soulstone Soutset skills, Accessory skills, and General Affinity and Chroma skills
Can now use Expertise, Accessory, Anan, Bilu, Velonus, Shaw Danon, and Zodiac Fashion Skills while under the Possession effect

Astral Soul ~
The Spiritual Body's Health changed to equal the sum of the caster's Max HP and Max SP multiplied by 6 (lvl)
The Primordial Spirit can now also use the following skills: Diviner Sacrifice, Unsquandered Clouds, Sacrificial Longevity, Sly Step, Soulstone Soulset skills、Accessory skills、and General Affinity and Chroma skills
Can now use Puppet Thread, Expertise, Accessory, Anan, Bilu, Velonus, Shaw Danon, and Zodiac Fashion Skills while under the Shed effect
Can also use esper skills while under the Shed effect

Astral Soul (Star Skill) ~
Changed how much the Spiritual Body's Health is raised to equal the sum of the caster's Max HP and Max SP multiplied by 1/2/3 depending on type

Astral Soul 2 ~
Added effect: While under the Shed effect from Astral Soul, the Bone Melt effect's duration will be extended by 5 sec and the Incognizance effect's Spiritual Cage will inherit the caster's stats

Aster·Asterism ~
The Starlink effect can now trigger up to 8 times

Star Garrison ~
Tome's original effect replaced: Now increases the Starlink amount placed by Aster·Asterism by 3 (lvl)

Aster·Tearful Ghost ~
No longer adjusts the Nullity effect based on the number of buffs.
When the caster's Max SP is larger than the target's SP, 2 Nullity effects will be placed on the target

Puppet Thread ~
Changed to Combo Group Curse skill that will count the range 12 yards around the target
If the targets are placed under the control effect, after breaking the link, 2 Nullity effects will be placed on the target for 3 sec. Only valid for monster targets.
Added Effect: When the caster's Max SP is higher than the target's SP, the Nullity effect duration will extend by 2 sec

Mantra·Overflowing Array ~
Magic Talismen will appear 5 yards around the caster now instead of the target
Reduced the spawn range to the generated Magic Talismen from 5 to 2 yards around the caster

Skewer Fate ~
Raised the amount of Max SP added to damage when striking mobs to 30%
Added Effect: Mantra·Overflowing Array will also attach 75% of Attack Power to damage

Spiritual Assistance 2 ~
Immunity amount to raja raised to 24 times
CD reduced to 80 sec (100-2*lvl)

Divine Contract ~
Added effect: Spiritual Assistance and Spiritual Assistance 2 will also give Invincibility for 3 sec (lvl)

Unsquandered Clouds (Star Skill) ~
CD reduction raised to 30, 40, 50 sec (6/8/10*lvl) depending on type

Mystical Ramble 2 ~
Raises the cast range to single target attacks by 12 yards
Extends the duration of the Navigation effect to Mystical Ramble by 10 minutes (lvl)
Added Effect: While under Navigation, skill damage raises by 20% (2*lvl)
Added effect: Gives a Talisman Shield effect during the Navigation effect.
Each time the caster casts a skill, he will add 4%*level of the caster's Max SP to Talisman Shield value.
This effect can only be triggered 2 times per second.
The max amount cannot exceed 5 times the caster's Max SP.
While the Rune Shield effect is active, it will reduce damage received by 40% and for every 10,000 points of Max SP the caster has higher than attacker, the amount of damage reduced increases by 1%, capping at 80%.
If Mystical Ramble's duration ends and the caster has any Rune Shield effects still active, they will not be immediately removed

Aster·Netherworld Recollection (Chroma Versions) ~
CD reduced to 20 sec
<Arcane>: Reduces target's Max SP equal to 20% of caster's Max SP

Sly Step (All Versions) ~
Caster will no longer step back, but charge forward

Sly Step 2 ~
Reduces the cooldown to Sly Step and Sly Step <Arcane> by 30 sec (3*lvl)
Added effect: Extends the charge range to Sly Step and Sly Step <Arcane> by 5 yards

Mantra·Cleansing Light 2 ~
Mantra·Cleansing Light will remove 2 debuffs now instead of 1
Added effect: Reduces the CD to Mantra·Cleansing Light by 20 sec (2*lvl)

Mantra·Cloud Omen 3 (All) ~
Added effect: Can now cast skill while under Paralyze, Stun, Silence, Sleep, Freeze, and Transform
The 2nd cast duration of the Dreamland effect raised to 15 sec (5*lvl)

Myriad Marvels ~
Cast time changed to an instant cast
After using skill, a Divination Mark will be left in the original spot of the caster for 2 sec
The distance traveled raised to between 15 ~ 35 yards and skill can now be used while under control effects
Though use while under control will not remove the effects

Spiritual Zephyr ~
Speed effect duration raised to 30 sec (10+4*lvl)

Aster·Divined Fate ~
CD reduced to 60 sec

Aster·Shadow Snake ~
CD reduced to 60 sec

Sacrificial Longevity ~
CD reduced to 90 sec
Added Effect: For every 100,000 points of higher Spirit the caster has over the target, the duration to the Fate Nexus effect will extend 1 sec

Diviner Sacrifice (All) ~
Cast time reduced to instant cast and cast range raised to 36 yards
CD reduced to 100 sec for chroma versions, Arcane effect now reduces CD by 40 sec

Profound Tao ~
Raised the amount of Max SP added to group attack damage when striking mobs from 3% to 8% (2+2*lvl)
The group attack Aster·Withered Soul also added to tome

Aster·Withered Soul ~
Target limit raised from 12 to 30

Secluded Ballad 2 ~
CD reduced to 45 sec
Added Effect: Also removes every negative effect from the Spiritual Body after moving

Aggregate Knowledge ~
Tome skill completely removed

Red Sun·Life and Death (Star Skill) ~
When the caster's Max SP is larger than the target's SP, 5 Nullity effects will be placed for 4, 6, 8 sec depending on type.
For every 200,000 points of higher Spirit the caster has over the target, the duration will extend 1 sec
The white damage cap of Max HP multiplied by 1.5 changed to equal the caster's Max SP multiplied by 1.2
When the caster's Max SP is larger than the target's SP, it'll also place a special Supreme Power effect on the target for 5 (lvl) sec. The first instance of damage equals 2%, 3%, 4% of the caster's Max SP depending on type and the following hits will deal double the damage of the previous hit. For every second the target moves while under this effect, the duration will extend by 1 sec
