Self-Righteousness 3 (All) ~
HP, SP, AP, DEF boost reduced from 30% to 15% (5*lvl)
Sky: RES Increased reduced from 100% to 40% (10+10*lvl)
The duration of the effect is adjusted from 12 seconds to 18 seconds.

Self-Righteousness (Chroma) ~
HP, SP, AP, DEF boost reduced to 15% (5+0.5*lvl)
Duration raised from 12 to 18 sec

Gate to Life ~
Reduces the cooldown to Chroma Self-Righteousness skills by 30 sec (10+10*lvl) now, instead of 30%

Upheld Oath (Star Skill) ~
At rank 5, reduces the cooldown to Miasmic Frenzy 2 by 2 / 5 / 10 sec depending on type

Sanguine Fog (Star Skill) ~
At rank 5, Sun additionally increases Max HP by 7% of the caster's Max SP

Celestial Majesty ~
Adjusted the rules for placing a target into the Void effect:
If the caster's Health is not higher than the target's Health, the target will not enter into the Void effect and can attack other targets, while the caster will enter into the Emptiness effect and can only be attacked by the affected target.
If the caster's Health is higher than the target's Health, the target will be placed under Void and can only attack the caster and the caster will enter into the Emptiness effect.

Celestial Majesty (Chroma) ~
Rules for Vacuum II /Hollow II effects changed to be the same as T5 version (Void/Emptiness)
CD reduced to 65 sec
Added effect: For every 2 points of Fighting Spirit had while casting this skill will reduce the cooldown by 1 sec, but cannot exceed 10 sec

Cataclysmic Force (Chroma) ~
Removed the cooldown reduction to chroma versions of Celestial Majesty from skill(s)

Patsy ~
Changed into Curse Skill
Celestial Monkey Portent (monkey zodiac) can no longer be used while under this skill's transform effect
Replaced the buff removal from target effect into a removal of almost all speed increasing effects, common & special, from the target
Affected Effects: Swiftness (General, Forta, Gevrin, Ceros), Swiftness (Imperia, Lupin), Mount Swiftness, Fast as Wind, Haste, Wind Travel (Underworld Travel 2), and fixed speed effects

Patsy 2 ~
Cooldown reduction lowered to 10 sec (lvl)
Removed the duration increase and additional skill accuracy effects

Tuolo ~
If the caster's Attack Power is higher than the target's Attack Power, Patsy's duration will increase by 7 sec (1+2*lvl)

Meteor Shower 3 (All) ~
First hit reducing the target's Max HP adjusted to take the damage of the first hit and the caster's Max Attack Power multiplied by 5. The highest value between those 2 instances will be used to reduce the target's Max HP, but the reduction cannot exceed 50% of the target's Max Health
Ocean Special Effect changed to no longer apply a Patsy effect and instead hit with an additional 60 (20*lvl) Skill Accuracy and the first hit will reduce the target's Skill Evasion by 30 (10*lvl) for 15 (5*lvl) sec

The Universe ~
The 4th and 5th hits having a 25% chance to trigger an Ultimate combo was changed to now always trigger an Ultimate combo for 4th and higher combos

Calamity ~
Tome effect changed to replace The Universe's trigger of the 4th and higher combos of Ultimate combos into Execution type combos

Pestilence ~
Optimized the tome's description
Now the 5th and higher combos can trigger the chroma versions of Meteor Shower. When there's insufficient vigor, the normal Meteor Shower will trigger instead

Moon Chaser ~
Added effect: Increases Skill Damage by 30% for 30 sec
Increases Cast Range by 20 yards now for 30 sec
Removed the cooldown removal to the Meteor Shower skills

Meteor Axe ~
