Title: Download error

Would like to ask help why there's an error after I finish the download?
It say's "the archive is either in unknown format or damage".

I can't play the game. :(

Unpack using WinRar or WinZip, If you already tried that your download most have been interrupted in the download process
and the only way to fix that is to download it again

I already re-download several times, everytime I open the client, the results are the same.  :(

the problem was the winrar, i already downloaded 7-zip for this. hopefully after patch i can play. thanks. :)
