I tried exchanging wind whisper for items through the Heaven Splendor Grand Pack and JD Skydance Memory Pack, but all the 'exchange' buttons are gray. I have enough wind whisper for the item I want. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Update your client. If problem still occurs then 'Verify' it.
