Title: Game crashes when trying to enter any instance.

Doesn't matter what instance it is, whenever I sign up to do any instance and it's time to enter, the game crashes on me. It could be Crimsom Peaks or doing Towers solo, it never fails, Crash. What needs to be done to fix this?
