The quest is called New world-give a salute
Basically i need to press E and then salute to complete the quest but it doesn't matter from witch position next to Rego Khan i am this action take no effect.
I am going mad because of this and i need some help.

i changed the realm and it worked .it might work for other issues from the game :)
