Technical Issues / Characters log in, game crash

I think i accidentally enter the place that cause the bug. Last known location after accidentally enter, it jammed somewhere around Seet of dragon, and mount kindling, and the characters was below map. I do try teleport, try fly out, not use. After that i try re-login, and it results crash when characters enter the game after login. Is someone know how to recover the characters? My characters name is Red2021. Thanks for help.
