Technical Issues / Tier 2 enlightment Athan - Arden

Me and a friend are having some issues trying to do the Tier 2 enlightenment quest which states we need to talk to Zorio in the Divine Realm. We can't seem to find;

• NPC to teleport to the Divine Realm
• Zorio in the Divine Realm
• Any information on it other than NPC script on JD database
• A working auto-path that doesn't take us through auto-kill areas

Is this intentional or are the NPC's for the tier quests just hidden in far out of the way areas that can't be found?
