Zhenyl is no longer here, no mobs or NPCs are here. ( Seat of Infernal Toil )
It's actually broke before this quest, when you have to kill 10 Guards, if you kill 10 Guards it ports you, but the "Kill 10 Guards is 0/10 " causing you to have to find your way back to the location of the guards through the Butterfly Tower.
