Technical Issues / unkown error 253 when trying to enter zuolo plains with mage.

anyone else having this issue. the character went in once no problems when it first was opened.  now it gets an unknown error 253 message and dissconnects and it has to be relogged.  any ideas to why?

need to have skyblade upgrade arcane seals in green jade shop, need sprite fashions in green jade shop.  higher yaun crystal added to green jade shop since everyone is getting +10 and higher refine.  need the treasured copper coins added to green jade shop the sky cycle codex ice cocoon silk shadow dragon shear added to green jade shop rest of the zodiac fashions added to green jade shop,moonlight starfalls added to green jade shop skill eva and crit rate boosting packs added to green jade shop since only the highest geared players get anything from elysium bosses.
secrets of gem added to green jade shop fashion weapons added to green jade shop pets and skyblades added to green jade shop bowstring grass added to green jade shop shaw danon smileys added to green jade shop. all the rest are why cant that one be.

 when I try to log into game I get the username and password you entered does not match our records message but I can log into website fine.  and it happens with both accounts . any idea why ?

lottos should be in green jade shop at same time or different times then donor only shop.   server is going to much to pay to get anything. leaving non donors at a disadvantage. something that was said would never happen.

  and priced reasonably not 500gj+ for 1 lotto
