Technical Issues / dragon order

please help i was given quest to do a dragon order but the monsters they have asked me to kill are in another place i headed to the area but then the game closed and every time i try to log in it wont load this new area and closes the game i cant load or return to nightfall citadel dont know if i need a certain realm or if this place is missing i think it was demons or at least i think that was what was in green to auto-move to area is anyone else having this issue
