Here's some info on the new constellation system ~

Players must equip the new 九旒 Astrum gear in order to activate this system. After activating, switching gear won't disable the system



It's broken into 3 main parts: 星官 Chinese Constellations, 星宿 Constellations, and 星辰 Stars






The Chinese Constellations are made up of 4 different ones: Azure Dragon, Red Phoenix, White Tiger, and Black Turtle

Within each of the Chinese Constellations there are 7 different Constellations, most of which need to be unlocked



The 连星 Connect Star function will help players unlock the constellation slots



Clicking on the Connect Star key will open up another window. The stars put into here can be absorbed to accumulate points to unlock constellation slots. Absorbing stars costs gold

You can check how much EXP you'll need to absorb to unlock the next slot at the 当前连星进度 "Current Connect Star Progress" section





Stars have stats and skills which can be embedded into the constellation slots

Each Chinese Constellation can have skill, 3 stats, 2 stats, and 1 stat stars embedded into its constellation slots

Stars will have one main stat and auxiliary stats depending on the type of star

Chinese Constellations cannot have the same stars with the same main stat embedded, i.e you cannot have two stars with only one AP stat, but you can have one 1 AP stat star and a 2 stat star with AP and whatever else on it



However, stars need to be of a certain type in order to embed in corresponding constellations (color needs to match)

Star types are broken into colors: white, green, blue, purple, and orange



There are 4 types of constellations: Skill Constellation, Three Stats, Two Stats, and One stat

Skill Constellations 勾陈 (Polaris) can only have orange 赤乌 (Sun) and purple 玄烛 (Moon) stars embedded into it
Three Stats Constellations 瑶光 (Alkaid) can only have blue stars 重华 (Jupiter) embedded into it
Two Stats Constellations 开阳 (Mizar) can only have green stars 荧惑 (Mars) embedded into it
One Stat Constellations 玉衡 (Alioth) can only have white stars 启明 (Venus) embedded into it

Jupiter is known as the Age Star, Mars is known as the Fire Star, and Venus is known as the Bright Star



Players can reset constellations to change star types and positions in the constellations by clicking on the 占星 Divine by Astrology key. It will randomly change all star slots in a constellation

The method requires a 紫府星衡 Purple Mansion Star Weight item to use

Purple Mansion is an abode of the immortals



After resetting, there can only be 1 skill star, at most two of each for 3 stat and 2 stat stars, and two or three 1 stat stars in the constellation

The stats that stars can have are as follows:

Attack, Attack %, Defense, Defense %, HP, HP %, SP, SP %, Stun, Silence, Weaken, Paralyze, Sleep, Vigor, Chroma Power, C.Rate, C.Bonus, Critnull, Critshield, Anti-Damage Reduction, Skill Damage, Bonus Damage, Skill Accuracy, Skill Evasion, Dagos RES, Anti-Dagos, Felkin RES, Anti-Felkin, Fuwa RES, Anti-Fuwa, Slow RES



1 stat stars will have one main stat
2 stat stars will have one main stat and one auxiliary stat
3 stat stars will have one main stat and two auxiliary stats

The following stats are what which star type can have:

White Stars ~

Main: Attack Power, Defense, Health, Spirit, Vigor, Stun RES, Silence RES, Weaken RES, Sleep RES, Paralyze RES, Slow RES

Green Stars ~

Main: Defense, Defense %, Health, HP %, Spirit, SP %, Vigor, Chroma Power

Auxiliary: Dagos RES, Fuwa RES, Felkin RES, Anti-Dagos, Anti-Fuwa, Anti-Felkin

Blue Stars ~

Main: Attack Power, AP %, Defense, Defense %, Health, HP %, Spirit, SP %, Vigor, Chroma Power, Skill Accuracy, Skill Evasion

Auxiliary: C.rate, C.bonus, Critnull, Critshield, Anti-Damage Reduction, Damage Reduction %, Damage % (against characters), Damage % (against mobs)



Players can also level up these stars by consuming other stars to gain Star EXP. Absorbing stars also costs gold

Each star skill will need its corresponding skill at its max rank.

Every faction will have 4 star skills in total and each of those 4 will have 3 versions of itself (萤炬 Firefly, 皓月 Moon, and 曦日 Sun)

The 赤乌 (Sun) star skills will replace the skill like the mystic tomes' advanced skills do. Depending on which Chinese Constellation you have the usable star skill in, after using the skill a visual display of the Azure Dragon, Red Phoenix, White Tiger, or Black Turtle will appear.

The 玄烛(Moon) star skills simply act just like the average tome, passively affecting skills

These skills have 5 ranks to them. You level them up by leveling the star itself

Snake Bind ~

New Snake Poison effect. Players cannot remove this effect

The caster will get a Recoiling Boa Poison control skill for 36 sec (Pop-up skill like in CP). If the Snake Poison effect lands and the caster uses the control skill, the target will be placed in an Earthbind effect for 2 sec

Agile Embrace ~

Fixed issue with reducing CD. Now only reduces the CD to Eternal Recurrence <Arcane> by 50 sec

Ghostly Command ~

Fate Gear drops from Bosses in the Clouded Milky Way instance and can also be exchanged for from Kui Gon in Sunstream

When people get Fate Gear pieces it initially won't have a faction or sex requirements, but the weapons will have a faction requirement



Once you have a Fate Gear piece, right-click it to open up the new interface and then click on Identify. It will then bind the gear to your character and display your character's race, faction, and sex

The Fate Attributes of Fate Gear are random and the amount can be anywhere from 1 to 4 stats of the following:

Health, HP %, Spirit, SP %, Vigor, Attack Power, AP %, Weaken RES, Paralyze RES, Stun RES, Silence RES, Sleep RES, Critnull, Critshield, Dagos RES, Felkin RES, Fuwa RES, Anti-Dagos, Anti-Felkin, Anti-Fuwa, Critstrike Rate, Critbonus, and Anti-Damage Reduction

Please note that stats are specific to the following gear pieces:

Helm:

Critshield, Vigor, Health, HP %, Stun RES, Weaken RES, Paralyze RES, Silence RES, Sleep RES

Armor:

Critnull, Skill Evasion, Dagos RES, Felkin RES, Fuwa RES

Boots:

Critstrike Bonus, Skill Accuracy, Spirit, SP %, Stun RES, Weaken RES, Paralyze RES, Silence RES, Sleep RES

Fate Attributes ~



The Fate Gear will have new stats called "Fate (Attribute)". Players are able to refine these Fate Attributes to raise their value, separate from refining the Fate Gear itself

Players won't be able to use sigils or serenity jades while refining these stats. How this system works is as follows:



You refine these Fate Attributes using an "Ink Soul Essence". The max level to these Fate Attributes is +10. A successful refinery will add +1 to the stat's rank. If it fails, it will be just like if you were using a serenity jade and reduce the stat rank by 1. However, once a Fate Attribute reaches +3, +6, or +9 it will not drop below those refinery levels whenever you fail refining it afterwards



Players can raise their chances for a successful stat refinement by using a "Pious Aura Charm"

Failing at this stat refining will not break the gear

Gear Transfer ~



Players are also able to transfer the blue stats of their gear (CH, BG, ST, HG, Diamond) into the Fate Gear using a Sky Cycle Codex item



These codex items drop from bosses in the Clouded Milky Way instance and are also in the marketplace for jaden

What players can transfer are as follows:

Scion gear will transfer into Panorama Fate Gear
Gaian gear will transfer into Cosmos Fate Gear
Lumen gear will transfer into Endless Fate Gear

Panorama Fate Gear can transfer into Panorama Fate Gear
Cosmos Fate Gear can transfer into Cosmos Fate Gear
Endless Fate Gear can transfer into Endless Fate Gear

There is a function for Fate Gear at Enchanter Taja in Sunstream called "Transfer Gear Attribute"



There's 3 slots to this function: Source Gear, Transfer Item, and Target Gear

Source Gear is the slot you put the gear you're using its stats to transfer into the gear in the Target Gear slot.
i.e BG helm in Source Gear slot will transfer its stats into the Fate Gear in the Target Gear slot

The Transfer Item slot simply holds the Sky Cycle Codex

Stat Transfer Rules:

* It costs 500 gold to transfer stats into Fate Gear and players can only transfer stats to gear of the same level

* To carry out this function, the Fate Gear piece must have already been "identified"

* Fate Gear in the "Target Gear" slot cannot be refined, imbued, or have been bloodbond

* Weapons must also have the same attack range in order to transfer

Don't be worried about keeping your gear's refinement or imbues while transferring into Fate Gear. Say that you have a Lumen +11 BG Helm piece with +10 imbue and you've identified an Endless Fate Gear helm that you want to transfer the BG gear's stats into. After you go through and transfer it, the Fate Gear will be +11, have the +10 imbue, as well as the BG stats (HP%, SA, etc)

After transferring, players are able to bloodbond these Fate Gear pieces and can embed seals into them

Players can exchange Secret Kirin Scale and Secret Phoenix Feather for Fate Gear at Kui Gon in Sunstream
