Technical Issues / CANT CONTINUE MAIN QUEST??

Hi i just started with my character and im stuck at quest number seven where i need to pick up an item but the item has been removed from my invintory it already completed the quest of colecting it tho. But now i have to use this item for the next but i dont have it and there is no way of collectling it again. Is there anyone who has any idea of fixing this problem please?
