Do this in Realm 11 (r11).
🔹 Step 1 - Shab Monquis (Wildlands)
Go to Shab Monquis at coordinates 102, 133.
Take the quest "Lucky Day for Beggars".
Pay 200 gold and wait 32 seconds.
Receive IOU x1.
Talk to the same NPC → check Lottery Result.
Keep drawing until you obtain:
Treasure Map (Bound) x1
Grapevine News (Bound) x1
🔹 Step 2 - Jadeon Enu
Go to Enu at coordinates 85, 498.
Auto quest will trigger.
Take the quest "Nether Dangerous Years (Diff.)".
Wait 32 seconds, then talk to Enu again.
🔹 Step 3 - Player Mode
Go to the marked NPC (
) and talk.
Collect Rat Forest Tail x5 (time-limited quest).
Speak with Shaw Danon.
Interact with the Spring Statue (choose between 2 options).
Find Shaw Danon again.
Defeat Magnificent Spirit Beast.
Defeat Shadow of Doubt.
Teleport and talk to Shaw Danon.
Inside the left building, obtain Jade / Supreme / Grand Pure One.
Talk to Shaw Danon again.
✅ Completion: This ends Chapter 5 of the main storyline.
Do this in Realm 11 (r11).

Where to Start:
Go to Kunlun Town → Talk to Kinslo.
Take the Folk Anecdote quest. Each attempt costs 200 gold.
Keep trying until you receive the quest "Troubled Black Bamboo Essence" and obtain Mystery of the Black Bamboo x1.
🔹 Step 1 - Dark Bamboo Grove
Go to Jadeon - Dark Bamboo Grove.
Find Hidi at coordinates -405, 337 and talk to her.
Defeat Troubled Black Bamboo Essence.
You will obtain a Yellowed Challenge Book.
If you fail, you can retry the quest with this item.
🔹 Step 2 - Player Mode
Talk to Hidi.
Find Shon Danon (auto-walk) → receive Delicious Meal.
Go to Lake Hoten, talk to Anan (3 minutes time limit).
Collect Blood Stasis Herb → deliver to Anan.
Gather Red Rooted Ginseng x5 and Lawn Grass x5.
Return to Anan and hand them over.
Auto-path to Jadeon Baye, talk to him.
Defeat Zaaras Guardian Spirit x10.
Report back to Baye.
Go to Bamboo Heights and meet Anan again.
🔹 Step 3 - Phantom San Trial
Receive the Phantom San item from Anan (3 minutes to reach Shaw Danon - Bamboo Peak).
Talk to Shaw Danon and prepare for battle.
Defeat "Shaw Danon - Ready to Go" mobs (x2).
Talk to Shaw Danon again.
✅ Completion: This finishes Chapter 4 of the main storyline.
Working on other chapters!

Guides / Changing more Hotkeys

JD's ingame Hotkey feature would normally not allow you to change some Inputs that more modern Games are fine to change. So I dived in and figured out how to do it.
First off, to make any Changes permanent, you need to be logged off!
Also I adive to make a Backup of the File you are Changing.
Navigate to this Folder: JadeDynastyReborn_HB\element\userdata\Layout
Now din the <Number>.key File for your Character.
Every Char has 2 Files, one for JD in general and one for Elysium. (For me my general JD File starts with a 7 and the Elysium one with a 2)
Rightklick it and Edit it with the Notepad or Notepad++
You will see a bunch of code in it and not a clear indicator that there are any keys being used.
But fear not, here is the Explanation:
For Example, this is my Entry for the Questlog
ui_show_task = 76, 0, 0, 0
Indicator for the Questlog = Main Key, Modifier, ignore the rest (I believe its and alternative Keybind, like a second one attached to it)
Now comes the fun Part, as you may have noticed, there are Numbers set for the Keys on your Keyboard.
Here is the List I used to figure out which key is which number: https://asawicki.info/nosense/doc/devices/keyboard/key_codes.html
So in my Example the Keybind for the Questlog ist chaged from Q(79) to L(76)
The UI parts are pretty self explanatory with their names.
For the Modifiers: 1 = Shift | 2 = Ctrl | 3 = haven't tested it I believe it may be Caps | 4 = Alt
Everything that starts with shortcut_ is a Hotbar Binding.
You can Cout them when and will know where a new Hotbay start's it is every 13th shortcut_
The Additional Bars like Custom bar 1 start at shortcut_69
Here's a little ingame Proof it's working
You cannot see attachments on this board.
If you want the same Bindings to all your Characters, you can simply copy and paste what you have created into all other .key files and ofc save after editing.
