I have to wait hours for the 'verify' process EVERYTIME I try to play the game

Hello all  I'm an old player of JD Billows and excited to play Reborn. I've set up account and downloaded the .rar file for the game. The issue I have is the launcher, element, and patcher .exe files. Only one that will eventually play the game is the patcher. When I load the patcher it goes through a long extraction and eventually starts the 'reborn starfall' screen but I can't click 'start' ..it says files corrupted please verify. I've click the verify and it literally takes hours to complete.
The game does play after that but I get the crash screen eventually then I have to repeat this entire process again to play. Also if I simply 'exit' out of the game from the options menu ingame, I have to go through the entire process above to play again. I tried downloading the entire rar file, using all the download links listed...no matter I get the same process.
Any help or explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly
