v9 contains:

* TT mobs now spawn and walk on the ground.
* TT can now be opened with ~2 players.
* `Generous Young Boy's` quest `Money for Me` fixed.
* All `Oracle` costs reverted back to their original prices.
* Rank Molds added to the Boutique and Webshop for everyone to buy.
* `General Summer's Tokens` and `Medal of Glory` added to two new packs that now drop in Nirvana.
   - `General Summer's Tokens` gives 18 Tokens.
   - `Medal of Glory` gives 6 Medals.
* All Crafting Packs have been added to the Boutique and Webshop.
   - Blacksmith Training I
   - Tailor Training I
   - Craftsman Training I
   - Apothecary Training I
* All `Morai` Skills added to a new exchange for `Perfect·Token of Best Luck` 🗶20.
   NPC Tabs;
   - Corona
   - Shroud
   - Luminance
* Added `Dragon Orbs` to the Boutique and Webshop.
   - Dragon Orb (5 Star)
   - Dragon Orb Ocean
   - Dragon Orb Mirage
   - Dragon Orb Flame
* Added `Mirage Celestone` 🗶100 for 100GC to the Webshop
* `Teleport Stone` now stacks to 99,999.
* A new Teleport Stone has been made, `Teleport Stone(Elder ADC E.)`, this will transport you straight to the Elder in ADC East.
