Technical Issues / I cant hear the music????

I have the server all working but for some reason the background music is Not playing?
I check up in the files if I have a problem or if something is missing but everything is there so idk what to do or what is happening to fix it
Tbh I feel a little bit umconfortable to play with just the effects sounds at least for me
