Time to explain how new maps and higher level caps can be unlocked.
There are few new npcs in Sunstream - Recreation Zone.

Yin Yang Stone can show info about current unlock progress for Westfall map:

This is global server progress. Once unlocked, all players will have access to Westfall and higher level cap.
To increase this value, players have to perform tasks from Baye npc.
I modified progress ratio to be x5 chinese official had so it shoudn't take too much time.
There are actually three areas to unlock:
1. Westfall - East (Eastern part of the map - map is divided by magic wall). Unlocking this area boosts server wide level cap do 164!
2. Westfall - West. Unlocking this area boosts server wide level cap do 169! This is the area new WB Maharaja spawns.
3. Southern Province - Unlocking this area boosts server wide level cap do 170!
Notes: Before higher level caps are unlocked, usage of Taichi Pills or any other exp source while being 160 won't cause any effect. Be aware.
