Technical Issues / Bug - Doesn't get Cobra Blood in Plot Quest with Gevrin Faction

Hi,
I think to found a bug in the Plot Quest "Incense Valley Heal Wounds" (Wildlands), where you need to get 5 Cobra Blood. But I dont get any of this Items with the Gevrin Faction (not Asc.). Killed more then 200 of them and didn't get 1 of it.
