Hydran / Dagos Hydran Ascend Build

Hi guys I will Try my best at making this ascend build guide.


This is my personal Dagos Hydran Ascend Build that I have made and played with over the years and I like it.

There will not be a Pre asc part or a Felkin/Fuwa part because I do not play Felkin/Fuwa and pre asc is a basic build lol.


Pros of Dagos Hydran
-Heavy DPS, and by that I mean longer duration of maintaining a heavy damage output compared to felkin/fuwa.
-Heavy SP reduction on targets, Dagos Meteor can lower targets SP based on both the casters and targets SP.
-Can teleport/dash farther than felkin/fuwa.
-No cooldown on low tier skills, and chance for a 50% faster casting buff.
-Higher chance to remove negative effects and get a immunity against negative effects for a couple seconds.
-Self SP buff, as you know dagos gets its main damage boost from SP and luckily dagos gets a self SP buff.
-Great for 1v1 pvp, and useful in group pvp

Cons of Dagos Hydran
-Lower HP compared to felkin/fuwa as best gear requires skytouch/chu han pieces.
-I honestly cant think of anything else lol but inform me if you know of any.



Tiers and skill points.
This set up is for lvl 81 chroma at lvl 160, so please keep in mind of looking it over and determine how you will place your points while lvling slow.

Tier 1


This tier i cant really bring into words on explaining lol, i maxed all the attack skills because of the passive that increases AP based on lvl of those ancient skills.
Passive and speed buff is obvious factor needed.

Tier 2


Now, on Impervious, you can choose to max it at first. But when you get the advanced version of Impervious i generally lower Imp down to the lowest possible level that is needed in order to get the skill after it, because it doesnt need to be maxed and thats extra skill points placed elsewhere.
Everything else is maxed for damage and passives.

Tier 3


In this Tier all i can say again is attack skills and passives are required to be maxed for tome passives. Smokescreen is optional. I love the skill but i dont require it maxed out in my build. You can move around some extra skills if you want to max it for yourself.

Tier 4


Everything in this tier is a must have max, between the group aoe buffs. To Patsy and Transposition. Those that dont understand Transposition, you mark the target with Piercing bolt from tier 1, and then cast Transposition it will have a chance to redirect some of the damage you receive to the person who is market. Felkin has a highest chance of it happening, but its still useful for dagos.

Tier 5


Meteor Shower is the same as Impervious, max it first so you can level it chroma wise. After chroma version is maxed and you have gotten a advanced version, reset build and take it down to lowest value you can have it at so that you may put the points elsewhere. I did the same on Aquatic Seal. After maxing its chroma version I lowered its value to lowest as i dont use the regular version enough to need it leveled.

Tome




I honestly dont know how to explain my choices for the tome, I just went with what I believe gives the best damage output on the skills and best durations/enhancements to the buffs in pvp.

Affinity


This needs nothing at all, max it all if you can LOL same with chroma.

Guides / Best Pre Asc Soulcard set up for pve

First is to unlock 4 slots which is going to be the cheapest and easiest thing to do. Then focus on getting Fusior/ShawDanon/Shangu/and Rongbu. Those are 4 common purple cards and their combo together gives 1050 AP, 700 acc. and Generally those cards give best results at +4 which will include HP SP around 1k defense. Fusior at 6 gives another 255 ap. As i said this would be the best pre asc pve card set up giving you a total of 1.3k ap 1k defense 4k HP 5 to 7k SP. Of course you can go for higher + for the other stats but in general this will be beneficial to pre asc to help you do instances and grind mobs and stuff easier and faster.

Guides / Ascend Leveling (when its unlocked)

Want to lvl super fast and super high ascend on a low rate server?? Dont we all lol. Well i know a couple tips and tricks to that. Step 1 get 2 (dont be dumb on this part and get 3) Affinity Swap items from market. Step 2 as lvl 150 pre ascend Farm Soultower daily and Celestial Tower daily/opening Celestial Coupon packs for Taichi pill pack, this will let you build up amounts of Gold Pocketbooks *unlimited and 100a day* Taichi Stocks and Taichi Pill packs. Step 3 start saving Sigils and refine items pre asc. Step 4 build up some Tanis Ka Charms for 150+. When ascension is unlocked and we asc generally get a plvl if you can to lvl 90 or so.
At lvl 90 you can choose your affinity (this is where and why i had you get 2 affinity swaps please be smart) choose 1 of the 2 affinities you do not plan on being. AKA if you want to be fuwa then do the quest to be dagos or felk. You receive a questline for the affinity that gives tons of Taichi pills and affinity/chroma beads with items for asc gear. You will complete the questline for that affinity and then swap to the second affinity and repeat until you get to your desired affinity. There is another ascension questline called Sandy Traces that does the same. at this point starting from lvl 90 on official you can hit lvl 142 asc that day. Here it will and should be higher because of x5. While you do the quests you can be opening the pocketbooks and stocks and pill packs you have saved up. I cant be positive but generally you will be looking at 145 to 150 ascend with this method. at lvl 150 you can enter Sunstrider map to grind those will be the best exp mobs to have and can drop orders. you can trade the order and a tanis ka charm for a exp order. Can only do 1 order a day per mob. Each lvl range (152 154 156 158) has 2 mobs so generally best thing to do is swap mobs here and there to get orders for each. to give you 2 exp orders to do. again on x5 those will be the biggest boost to exp. Besides doing BGs on x4 or 5 exp orbs. This was the best way to lvl fast on official and will be the best way to lvl fast here too. Remember to follow my order on the affinity swaps it will save you 3k green jades

Guides / Pre Asc Leveling.

Ether here, everyone asked how to lvl fast and it really is simple.
Start the lvl 1 plots and follow until Jadeon, now most of yall thought it was useless but while you do plots in Jadeon stop by the dispatcher near Issa and see if he has any red quests. Taichi is the biggest value for lvling ingame. So grab a quest or 2 and complete them while you are doing plots. Now once you hit lvl 30 you can recieve Celestial Coupons from daily log reward. At this point hopefully you have voted and have some greenjades. Get some Tanis Ka Charms and go to Jade Exchange Girl in sunstream (408,334) and talk to her, pick the Pack tab and pick any of the packs to open with the taniskacharms. It is random but you can get Taichi Pill Packs that will help boost you some. Use the packs and see what lvl you end up at, based on the lvl proceed to start a couple plot quests for that lvl range. Until you hit lvl 60 where you start the best Plot quests in doombog they give taichi pills so lvling becomes super fast. Now dont skip these plots as you lvl because lower maps give less taichi so those are best for lower lvls. now do that until tier 3 or lvl 90. At lvl 90 take some time out and go do a couple dailies. between exploring the scroll (80 taichi pills and a exploration pack) use the exploration pack to explore and get some gold pocketbooks. Do Soultower as high as you can or Celestial Tower.Look for Understream run can get 4 to 5 Packs of 70 taichi pills. If its close to server reset time when you are doing this as low lvl i highly suggest you do the dailies so you can do again after reset. Skydweller/Lotus/Donation/Treasure Hunt/Mysterious Pills. all those quests give a nice amount of exp. Go do Fair in realm 15. Incase you didnt know when you enter fair under your minimap is a golden scroll click that scroll and you can pick which quest you want to do and it will teleport you to the area. you can do 3. after all this you should easily be 100 to 110. In which you will continue plots from where you left off at in Wildlands or Incense Valley. and go up to Shura. This method is the fastest just gotta make anything giving Taichi a priority. It works 100% for the best and fastest lvling. Thats all i can think of lol thats what i did and yall saw how fast i hit it.

Suggestions / Element Beads

One thing would be either in market green jade shop or whatever to make element beads a little easier to obtain. Because if not players can get only 2 a day until their craft is lvled but still be a pain making charms super hard to obtain. As for gear stuff the main issue will be farming of skytouch jades/ancient coins up till 150 and then looking into HDS. Beast Lord can drop HDS but the drop rate will not be affected by the servers drop rate as BL is a set drop amount in general. I personally dont mind farming them the old way. Help of friends/ally you can gear everyone pretty fast if they work out a system.
