Technical Issues / Problems with the Wildlands

My Voida is stuck in the Wildlands. Everytime I log onto her she continously falls through the floor, over and over again. I have tried all I can think of to get her unstuck but nothing is working. She does not have any teleportals with her, she is unable to use the Teleport to nearby Town skill and I even tried jumping onto the Skyblade. I have tried to contact a gm but they have not gotten back to me. Can someone please help me? I do not want to have to delete my Voida.
