Technical Issues / Bugged t3 quest

Is the t3 quest bugged? Been trying to do it for 3 days now on my gevrin and I can't hand in the 50 mobs bit to the cynical dialectician. Just sais quest is currently active unable to complete this quest. Anyone know how to resolve it?
