Hours/Rewards

 The rewards from rewards/hours does not make much sence, at 1500hours as an example no one should need or care for 3 sigil shards and 300hds. So my sugestion is put rewards that reflect some needs of a player that played those number of hours not random rewards than have little 2 no use for the players.
