need Admin help. i can't play my Incense Mage char

i just waited an hour patching the game and when i logged in this happened. i can't play my mage char due to this weird error that i can't figure about. this only happens to my mage, my other chars can be played fine. my mage's current location is shura. there maybe a glitch in my mage's current position. maybe teleporting it to a different map or position might fix this. thanks in advance.

i'm still getting the same error. and i think i'm outside of the map grid? maybe that's what's making the error. or maybe i have some bugged item on my inventory.

Just logged on this character w/o any problem.

i downloaded your official client and it fixed my problem. maybe i got that bug because i'm using a different client. thanks for all the help
