- Translated Blood Raider Runes to correctly display the talents they increase
- Added Soul Gem level 5 - 7 to artisan npc
- Added Soul Crystal level 6 - 8 to Avari
- Added Super Charge Crystals to Zolmorah
  -- This Item gives 100% chance regardless to give +300 Exp to wing charge

- Increased Max Stack size of all Gems to 9,999
- Fixed a translation with Lightning Fury Talent on Lightning mages

- Fixed Multiple Relic Bugs including max HP and max MP for relic Sigils
- Changed Drops on Dinno Bern, Galal, and Caino Celia to drop the frost nova weapons and pure demon crystals
- Added New Quest at powell to encourage pvp in 12s

- made all gear have the same chances to augment with 100% chance flux (this includes gold gears)

- Removed PvP Coin tracking from Open World Tracking
- Added Tracking Logic to GS Server Binary so we can rework this system to track in pvp specific maps
- PvP coin will be used for better items
