Mystic Tomes

OVERVIEW

[spoiler]Mystic Tomes are an extension of your Skill Tomes, which becomes available to you through your Tome Window after you reach level 135 Ascended.

Right-Clicking a Mystic Tome Book will enable you to embed it into the corresponding M. Tome slots, upgrade your Book, or decompose it for upgrade materials. The stats you get on them are drawn from a pool depending on the book but the value and number of stats that come on each book are completely based on RNG (unfortunately) and will appear after you identify the Book via right-click.

There are four Mystic Tome slots and four Mystic Tome Books.

In addition to stats, Greensack and Whitesilk MT Books each provide an enhanced version of pre-existing faction skills; these skills are referred to as a 3rd tier of skills and are extremely powerful or at the very least more useful than it's base faction counterparts. Each faction only has two faction skills that can be upgraded with Mystic Tome Books, and the other two Mystic Tome Books do not provide T3 skills of any kind but they still provide awesome stats.

MYSTIC TOME STATS
Mystic Tome Books can have at most 5 lines of stats.
Every Mystic Tome Book draws from the common stat pool which includes;
Attack, Defense, Health, Spirit, Attack %, Defense %, Health %, and Spirit %
However, each Mystic Tome Book also has it's own special pool;

MYSTIC TOME SKILLS
Mystic Tome Skills appear with a random level between 1 and 3 (many skills don't improve that much between 1 and 3 while others increase dramatically at lvl 3) and a random type attribute.
Each of the MT3 Skills also come in 1 of 4 different types and these attributes, (Sky, Ocean(Sea),Earth,Hero,) alter what the skill does in special ways.

Increases the caster's Max Attack, Health, Spirit, and Defense by 30% for 30 sec.

Skies Special Effect:
For 30 sec, increases Stun, Paralyze, and Sleep RES by 30%

Self-Righteousness 3 <Seas>

Increases the caster's Max Attack, Health, Spirit, and Defense by 30% for 30 sec.
CD 50 sec

Seas Special Effect:
After using Demonic Posture, Critstrike Rate will increase by 8% for 30 sec

Self-Righteousness 3 <Earth>

Increases the caster's Max Attack, Health, Spirit, and Defense by 30% for 30 sec.
CD 50 sec

Earth Special Effect:
Passively increases the Sky Seeker Toxin effect damage amount by 30%

Self-Righteousness 3 <Hero>

Increases the caster's Max Attack, Health, Spirit, and Defense by 30% for 30 sec.

Hero Special Effect:
For 30 sec, the caster is immune against slow effects

Forest of Laughter 3 <Skies>

Range: <Skies> Penetrates at most 4 targets within range

Hits 16 yards ahead in a linear path

Deals extra damage equal to 5% of the caster's current HP and SP

Each strike hits with 60% AP
Each strike hits with additional damage equal to the difference in Stun, Paralyze, and Sleep RES multiplied by 10
Each strike, respectively, can Stun, Paralyze, or Sleep for 3 sec. Strength is equal to the caster's respective RES

Skies Special Effect:
Each strike will deal additional damage equal to the caster's Stun, Paralyze, and Sleep RES multiplied by 3

Forest of Laughter 3 <Seas>

Range: <Seas> Attack every target around the caster

Hits every target in a linear path in 4 different directions within 16 yards of the caster

Deals extra damage equal to 5% of the caster's current HP and SP

Each strike hits with 60% AP
Each strike hits with additional damage equal to the difference in Stun, Paralyze, and Sleep RES multiplied by 10
Each strike, respectively, can Stun, Paralyze, or Sleep for 3 sec. Strength is equal to the caster's respective RES

Seas Special Effect:
Each strike will reduce the target's resistances equal to 10% of the sum of the target's RES for 10 sec

Forest of Laughter 3 <Earth>

Range: <Earth> Attack a target and those within a fixed area

Hits a target within 16 yards and 4 targets within a 3 yard radius of that target

Deals extra damage equal to 5% of the caster's current HP and SP

Each strike hits with 60% AP
Each strike hits with additional damage equal to the difference in Stun, Paralyze, and Sleep RES multiplied by 10
Each strike, respectively, can Stun, Paralyze, or Sleep for 3 sec. Strength is equal to the caster's respective RES

Earth Special Effect:
Each strike will remove 1 buff from the target and reduce the target's Max HP equal to 10% of the caster's HP

Forest of Laughter 3 <Hero>

Range: <Hero> Attack a single target

Hits a single target within 16 yards

Deals extra damage equal to 5% of the caster's current HP and SP

Each strike hits with 60% AP
Each strike hits with additional damage equal to the difference in Stun, Paralyze, and Sleep RES multiplied by 10
Each strike, respectively, can Stun, Paralyze, or Sleep for 3 sec. Strength is equal to the caster's respective RES

Hero Special Effect:
If the Stun, Paralyze, or Sleep effect successfully lands, the next hit will deal double damage

For 36 sec, increases Max HP by 350% with an 18% chance to increase it by an even greater amount.

For 10 sec, increases skill damage by 10% and makes the caster immune against taunt

Ancient Prayer 3 <Earth>

Removes Spirit Drain and Bleed effects and for 16 sec, the caster will be immune against Spirit Drain effects

Raises the chance to increase HP by an even greater amount by 15%

River Dweller 3 <Skies>

Each hit attaches 10% of the caster's current HP to damage and reduces the targets' Attack Power by 1500 for 10 sec

Skies Special Effect:
Paralyzes the targets with a strength equaling the caster's Paralyze RES

River Dweller 3 <Seas>

Range: <Seas> Attack every target around the caster

Hits every target in a linear path in 4 different directions within 12 yards of the caster

Attack a target 4 times, hitting with a 10% higher Critstrike Rate, dealing 45% AP of extra damage
Each hit attaches 10% of the caster's current HP to damage and reduces the targets' Attack Power by 1500 for 10 sec

Seas Special Effect:
Silences the target for 5 sec with a strength equal to the caster's Silence RES

River Dweller 3 <Earth>

Range: <Earth> Attack a target and those within a fixed area

Hits a target within 12 yards and 4 targets within a 3 yard radius of that target

Attack a target 4 times, hitting with a 10% higher Critstrike Rate, dealing 45% AP of extra damage
Each hit attaches 10% of the caster's current HP to damage and reduces the targets' Attack Power by 1500 for 10 sec

Each hit will remove a Critnull increase effect and an Improved Critstrike Rate effect from the target

River Dweller 3 <Hero>

Range: <Hero> Attack a single target

Hits a single target within 12 yards

Attack a target 4 times, hitting with a 10% higher Critstrike Rate, dealing 45% AP of extra damage
Each hit attaches 10% of the caster's current HP to damage and reduces the targets' Attack Power by 1500 for 10 sec

Hero Special Effect:
If this skill successfully kills the target within 16 sec, the caster's speed will increase for 9 sec by 5 yards / sec

The skill will additionally clear 3 negative effects from the caster

Nameless Way 3 <Earth>

For 25 sec, has a 100% chance to reduce damage taken by 90%. CD 50 sec

Earth Special Effect:
For 5 sec, Skill Evasion will increase by 10 points

Nameless Way 3 <Hero>

For 25 sec, has a 100% chance to reduce damage taken by 90%. CD 50 sec

Magnificent Spirit 3 <Skies>

Skies Special Effect:
For 8 sec, places the target in an Injured effect, causing them to receive a fixed amount of damage equal to the damage received

Magnificent Spirit 3 <Seas>

Range: <Seas> Attack every target around the caster

Hits every target in a linear path in 4 different directions within 12 yards of the caster

Deals additional damage equal to 200% of AP and hits with a 60% higher Critstrike Bonus.
The skill deals more damage the higher the target's Health is.
For every single buff on the caster and single debuff on the target, damage is increased by 12%
CD 40 sec

Seas Special Effect:
Removes the target's Spirit equal to 50% of caster's current Spirit. Within 8 sec, it will remove 40% of SP

Magnificent Spirit 3 <Earth>

Range: <Earth> Attack a target and those within a fixed area

Hits a target within 12 yards and 4 targets within a 3 yard radius of that target

Deals additional damage equal to 200% of AP and hits with a 60% higher Critstrike Bonus.
The skill deals more damage the higher the target's Health is.
For every single buff on the caster and single debuff on the target, damage is increased by 12%
CD 40 sec

Earth Special Effect:
Places the target under a Stun and Silence effect with a strength equal to the caster's respective RES for 4 sec

Earth Special Effect:

The Six Cycles 3 <Skies>

Range: <Skies> Penetrates at most 4 targets within range

Hits 15 yards ahead in a linear path

Each hit deals additional damage equal to the caster's Sleep RES multiplied by 10 plus 2000 extra damage.
The skill hits with 10% higher Critstrike Rate and has a 6% chance to cause the target to enter into a random negative effect for 2 sec. Has an 8% chance to heal HP by 8% of Max HP. The first 3 hits will sleep the target for 2 sec with a strength equaling the caster's Sleep RES

Skies Special Effect:
If the Sleep effect is successfully applied, the last hit will attach an 8 sec Deep Sleep effect

The Six Cycles 3 <Seas>

Range: <Seas> Attack every target around the caster

Hits every target in a linear path in 4 different directions within 15 yards of the caster

Each hit deals additional damage equal to the caster's Sleep RES multiplied by 10 plus 2000 extra damage.
The skill hits with 10% higher Critstrike Rate and has a 6% chance to cause the target to enter into a random negative effect for 2 sec. Has an 8% chance to heal HP by 8% of Max HP. The first 3 hits will sleep the target for 2 sec with a strength equaling the caster's Sleep RES
