Mail box items

I claimed a bunch of items from the shared account. went to the courier in game, started opening mail and collecting items when the mail box screen just went empty. so I closed the screen reopened it and all the mail with the items left were gone.  it just happened about ten minutes ago (7/22/ 19 1:30 pm EST)  who do I need to talk to to get my items back?
