At the current jd epoch, modo is one of the primal faction that has been abandoned by zx gods and got hardly any arsenal to fight against meta/op factions. Modo's forte in general are bleed, fasting, and curses with proc chance and damage proportional to the quality of equipped gears. These prowess however are rendered null against factions that has insane defensive/immune capabilities (hardly any window of opportunity):

Gevrin - high duration and resettable raja and debuff immune 
Sylia  - immune to negative effects and additional damage for 55s with HU normal & chroma + 23s raja.

Modo also has a low speed buff compared to most OP factions (mage/forta/gev/seira/sylia/hydran) as these factions does not only have high ms buff but also a spammable dash. With this unfair advantage, it is hard to kite their already insane defensive/immune capabilities.

In regards to modo's survivability, the implementation of stars somehow alleviate this problem a bit. Still, the fact that most op factions hits at least 6 times with just 1 ability can easily remove modo's low duration raja. SP shield is also not working properly as it functions as a first layer protection like raja, the damage should go thru any defensive aspect of the char first and then 85% of it is transferred to spirit.

In order to make this ancient predator viable again, I suggest to implement the following skill change:

Ghoulish Night 5/5

For 20s, movement speed is increase by (2.2 -_> 2.5) m/s.

Ghostly Domain (Acheron)

Can be cast in any form

Skyseeker (Chroma)

Raised the chance for the Punishment effect to land (30% arcane & zen, 45% bane). (Punishment effect can penetrate all effects and can't be removed)

Sanguine Fog

Also raises Max HP equal to 45% of caster's Max AP

Nimble Spirit

For (3s --> 5s), gain an Ancient Soul Effect

For PVE, I suggest to implement future skill change:

Kangba Extinction

90% AP added to extra damage. Skill will hit with an additional 90% Critbonus. Striking mobs will add 50% of AP to extra damage

Frenzied Howl effect changed:

Each hit will strike with an additional 50% of AP and will have a 7% chance to deal more damage equal to 250% of AP.

Ikkeuh the Modo

to be fair Modo does low DPS. the best thing for me would be to add 3 damage ticks to a Kangba strike. so 6 times instead of 3 per kangba. Would really help.
