Courier Item Missing (Full)

My Courier is full when I claimed the Beginner's Pack Which has Sigils inside along with items from green jade shop. I lately realized that there is a warning in the top left of the website that says "Clear the courier mails before claiming items" Now they are gone can I still retrieve them? Thank you!!
