v11 contains:

* You can now use your mount inside FC.
* `Medal of Glory` pack drop reduced rate.
   - Vanished Ancestor 2.01%
   - Enchanted Ancestor 1.04%
* `General Summer's Token` pack drop rate increased.
   - Vanished Ancestor 10%.
   - Enchanted Ancestor 10%.
* Two Boxes added to the `PW Boutique Agent` under `Luck`.
   - Reborn HP and MP Charm Boxes
* Added Bi-Weekly rotation for Fashions.
* (Dyable) X'mas Fashions added for the festive season.
* `Supply Tokens` drop revised and changed to `Supply Tokens Pack`.
* Added `Reborn Crystals` to the `Nightscream Island` mobs.
* Added a Forge to the `Nightscream Island` that exchanges `Reborn Crystals` for Packs at a rate of `2:1`.
* `Nightscream Island` mobs Health reworked and drop tables changed to 50% for 0 and 1 item.
* Cultivation quests fixed.
* `Twilight Forge: *` now has each respective decompose option.
* `Mailbox` added inside `Twilight Temple`
