Suggestions / Possibility of American server.

Hello, this post is going to be simple and to the point. Is there a possibility we can create a North American classic server? I don't mind sinking money into this game as the record on my other accounts may show. I would much prefer to invest in a more local resource. However, I do see there is a lot of Central Americans and North Americans playing too. This may open the market to a bigger target audience. I have plenty of friends from the official servers who miss the game however when I mention the server is in Europe they decide not to come due to ping.
