Ashura BUG

To the development team, I'm reporting an issue with the Ashura (Zhaoming) class's 5th-tier skill -- the one circled in the attached image. Per the skill description, it should deal additional damage with each basic or ability attack. However, after repeated testing (over 15 attempts in various PVE scenarios, including elite monsters and dungeon encounters), this extra damage fails to register in actual gameplay. This discrepancy severely impacts the class's combat viability -- Ashura's overall damage output is reduced by a substantial margin without the skill functioning as intended.
