Voting on Androids via Data (TOP.ORG Vote)

So you cannot get the GJ when you vote on your android but the voting goes on cooldown, or is it only me? I've been voting on phone for like 3 days straight. The only time I get the GJ is when I vote on computer, which happen like everymorning when I wake up.
