How to know requirements for reward?

Hi ive recently turned 124 t4 but still failed to get rewards on jadeonline site. What else do I need to know on the requirements?

If you mean Level-up rewards yes, theres small issue.
To be able to claim those rewards you need to hit LV151 asc.
