how buy skills?? im level 35 i can buy only "initiate" skills.. how buy others??

You have to choose a faction if you are Human. Talk to Tanis Ka NPC.

is there multi class? can i buy all skills?

I ask because I see video where player have 50 skills.. I wonder how class works

You may unlock more skills at the layer stae of the game.
Ascension skills, chroma, mystic tome and so on.
