v16 contains;

* Guilds have now been capped at 50 members max.
   All Guild Leaders are now required to kick the overflow of members by the end of the week due to everyone overflowing one Guild.
* All `Sky Peak's` items now stack to 30,000.
* Vermin portals should now spawn (Still available at Little Bokgan for now, just in case).
* Mirage portal should now spawn.
* Attempt to fix the instance bosses. Please update us about this.
* Changed all Level 100 Gears to Level 94 Gears as per cap.

* Materials added under `Misc`.
* `Infamy Pill` added under `Misc`.
* `Luck-Changing Bead` added under `Misc`.
