Login Credentials do not work

I am unsure of the nature of the problem I'm having. I can log in to the website just fine however, I cannot use my log-in info for the game it self. It says that it does not match up. I used the same info to log in here.
Is anyone else having this issue? If so, any help will be quite welcome.
