v16 contains:

* `Phoenix Feather` & `Source of Force` added to the Boutique.
* Fashion rotation changed.
* `Celestial Schism Mold` added to both the Boutique and Webshop.
* `Page of Fate` & `Mysterious Page` added to Boutique.
* `☆☆☆Amulet of Blessing` Durablity changed from `40` to `99,999`.
* `Rank 9 Molds` added back to the Boutique.
* `Rank 9 Molds` can now be traded.
* `Dragon Orb Flame` has been made untradeable.
* `Hyper EXP Stone` x10 added to Boutique.
* `General Summer's Token`, `Medal of Glory` and `Supply Tokens` now have no protect at all and can drop upon death.
* `Generous Young Boy` Quests `Money for Me` has been fixed and has been reduced to a once a day mission.
* `NS Forge` now has two tabs for crafting packs, x2 and x20.
* All packs crafted in NS now stack to `99,999`.
* `Cosmetic Master *` can now change your name for an `Identity Stone`.
* `Identity Stone` added to the Boutique under `Utility > Reset`.
* All Craft Training Packs have been fixed.
   Message me to request the EXP item you are missing prior to this fix.
* `Reborn Crystals` added as a reward to BH100+ rewards.
* `Nightscream Island` has now got PK forced.
* `Pet EXP` has been divided by a factor of five(5).
* `Medal of Glory`, `General Summer's Token` and `Supply Token` will now drop in PK after death.
* Base Quests should now give more Contribution.
