Client Patch Notes

- Made Arena Season 3 free
    - This includes the upgrade items

- Made Hero Rank 3 free
    - the gear itself

- Made several things in Zomlorah free
    - Gear fortify transfer items (etc)

- swapped level 3 gems for level 4 gems
- Added Level 4 fusion agent for 15,000 Token
- Added Fusion Gems and Deistones trade pages to Zolmorah
- Reduced the price of rune packs
- Made rune packs stack to 1,000
- Raised the amount of gold you get per merc stat to 45 diamonds
- Raised the amount of war god and champ points in RCIA / RCIE wheels
- Raised the amount of Gorgous Miracle Packs dropped in RCIA / RCIE wheels
- Added Elemental Star Essence, Flame Crystal, Devirock Shard, Divine Blood and Arcane Crystal Shards to Avari
- Removed Useless tabs from Wargod Exchange NPC
- Added Divine Potion and Magic Rock Dust to War God exhange NPC
- Added Atral Reforge Stone exhange to Free to Play 2 Shop
