- Re-Opened Arena to 24/7 Time Slot
- Re-enabled Score Ignoring
- Disabled Cool Down Timer on mail being sent with items
- Disabled Cool Down Time on Arena
- Disabled Cool Down Time on Interval when failing to apply (this happens if party member goes afk ALOT)
- Extended Fast Team Build Count Down Timer to 5 minutes from 2 minutes
    - This should help with the Interval thing

- Disabled GM tag in private messages (this has always annoyed me... )
- Decreased Timer on solo cool down for hell road and such to 1 minute from 5 minutes
- Extended Mail Auto Delete Timer to 90 Days from 30 Days if unread
- Extended Mail Auto Delete Timer to 30 Days from 3 Days if read
- Enable Debug Logging for Fast Tema Build Manager in Gdelivery Server
- Removed Cost of Vigour to enter RCIA / RCI / RCIE
