Test Server now open to the public

As promised, i said i would release the test server to the public, the Test server client is now available on the website under download, you must login to test server using your Reborn account and the global 5 max client per ip still applies, 3 on live, 2 on test and vice versa

IMPORTANT!! :
 By playing on the test server you agree to playing on a highly experimental build of Reborn FW, what does this mean?

1. This means that the server can go down at any moment without notice, it can break and be down for hours, you can break your character, etc

2. No we will not fix your character on test server if it breaks, again, this is highly experimental.

3. Not everything you see on test server will go to live server, if you see a "bug", chances are it doesn't hurt to ask about it, or inquire about it, it might be a bug, it might be a failed experiment.

4. Most importantly this is to help live server become far more polished and less flawed and make sure things are working properly before getting patched
